Hello, i'm Gloria, a young marketer from Indonesia with strong record of storytelling, campaign, and content management. I started my career as a digital marketer in Indonesia's 3rd largest airline and now i'm seeing a bigger world as a cabin crew for Singapore Airlines.
The Beginning
When the young version of me graduated from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia back in 2016, i always thought that i would become a public relations practitioner. I graduated with honor, cum laude with straight GPA 3.71. And European Union gave me a student mobility programme scholarship to study Public Relations and Journalism in Westfälische Hochschule, Germany. For my finale assignment, i presented the case study of QZ 8501 and how Air Asia CEO' leadership style became the tower of strength during the company's crises. I think that's the first sign from the universe, i was bound to fall in love with the complexity of aviation industry.

Yes, I Worked in The Palace!


After i came back from Germany, The Ministry of The State Secretariat of Indonesia were looking for the candidate of interns to fill the supporting role of public relations. I got accepted as their Media and Public Policy Analyst. Every single day for 6 months, i analyzed the media and the reception of general public in terms of government policy. How the sentiment works, certain issue that could led into major crises, and i identified the key person behind it and later gave the key recommendation to the Deputy of Public Relations.
The highlight of my work was when i was assigned as the committee of Indian Ocean Rim Association (IORA) 2017. I wrote several publications and covered many articles during the head of goverments meeting. What a life changing experience!
I Believe in The Power of..
You need to know that Videography, pop culture and writing is my biggest hobby. I started editing random videos and creative writing since 12 years old. Guess what, i could make an essay to describe the royal family of England or talk for hours about the scandal of K-pop artists because i'm amazed with their personal branding.

The story, curiosity and creativity helped me to established Sriwijaya Air (Indonesia' private airline) and their social media presence back in 2017. We started with stagnant followers, and in the span of 2 years, we got 170% growth in followers. I believe in the power of good storytelling and stellar content.
My Video Portfolio
During my first year as a digital marketer, i was assigned to lead the production of video campaign series to promote Sriwijaya Air Group inspirational figures such as CEO, Board of Directors, flight attendant, flight crew with their remarkable stories.
The most memorable project for me was the first episode with the CEO of Sriwijaya Air, Mr. Chandra Lie. I was completely starstruck with his presence. To be honest, i decided to join the company because i stumbled upon his cover story in Forbes magazine while eating my lunch in a coffee shop right after i came back from Germany. He simply put an inspiring messages in that article. So years later, in the moment of meeting this man in person, I knew that i needed to create a memorable screenplay to put justice into his character. I established the concept and in charge as the whole production director and screenwriter. I was happy with the result and many people were inspired by the final video too. If you ask me now, it's still remain as my fav project.
Project Lead Experience
In marketing, the company especially the Director of Marketing would demand new ideas to fight the competitor.

We established partnership with NGO; Jakarta Animal Aid Network and WWF to promote environmentally friendly business. We alligned the cargo service to support their wildlife relocation project. The results was positive media coverage and it increased product knowledge of the airline route.

We created content partnership with musician Eka Gustiwana to become the first ever airline in the world to produce music from flight instruments.

We produced 'Sharing Happiness' campaign for the year end celebration to highlight the amazing service of our cabin crew. It created an organic buzz in social media.
World's Best Cabin Crew
Started from September 2019, i'm flying with Singapore Airlines, operating their Airbus A380 and Boeing 777 all around the world while donning the beautiful kebaya made by French designer Pierre Balmain. Truly an honor i must say!
My favorite city is London, and forever will be. Blame all the good scones, royal family and the magical night view of Tower Bridge.

Public Speaking Experience

On January 2020, Basuki Surodjo invited me and Capt. Vincent Raditya to talked about aviation safety from the perspective of pilot and cabin crew in his talkshow. The interview was streamed in his Youtube channel account.
